These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website connectt.io and any services provided by Connectt, LLC (“Connectt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Connectt provides marketing, technology, and AI solutions for businesses, including but not limited to: SEO and content strategy, paid advertising management, website and application development, CRM and automation setup, AI employee deployment, and workflow automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

2. Engagement & Billing

• All engagements begin upon mutual agreement, typically after an initial consultation and signed proposal or service agreement.
• Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Project-based work is scoped and billed per the agreed proposal.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Pricing shared on our website represents typical ranges and is not a binding offer. Exact pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

3. Cancellation & Termination

• Monthly retainer services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• Project-based engagements are governed by the terms of the specific project proposal.
• Upon cancellation, you are responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date.
• We will provide reasonable transition support, including handover of accounts, credentials, and deliverables within 14 days of termination.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client-owned work: All custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement (websites, designs, copy, custom AI builds you commission) are owned by you upon full payment.
• Connectt-owned tools: Our proprietary systems, AI employees, internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Connectt, LLC. You receive a license to benefit from them during the engagement, not ownership.
• Third-party tools: Any third-party software, platforms, or services used in your engagement (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zapier, hosting providers) are subject to their own terms and licensing.

5. AI-Powered Services

Our services incorporate artificial intelligence tools, including AI employees that perform research, content drafting, outreach, scheduling, and workflow automation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are reviewed by human team members before client-facing use.
• AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Human oversight is applied to mitigate this.
• We use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI) as part of our service delivery. Your business information may be processed by these systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• AI employees deployed to your account are trained on your business context. If you commission a custom AI employee build, ownership transfers to you upon full payment as specified in your agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable effective service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, platforms, credentials, and assets needed for the engagement
• Respond to approval requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate business information for use in marketing, outreach, and AI training
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect the engagement

Delays caused by lack of client responsiveness may impact timelines and deliverables. We are not liable for missed deadlines resulting from delayed client input.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, customer lists, proprietary systems, and internal processes. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period of 2 years.

8. Results & Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering measurable results and will share case studies and performance data to demonstrate our capabilities, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing, technology, and AI performance depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, client responsiveness, and platform changes. Results shared on our website reflect real client outcomes but are not promises of future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectt, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connectt, LLC, its team members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or any third-party claims related to content or information you provide.

11. Website Use

• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website, scrape content, or access systems without authorization.
• Content on our website (including text, graphics, and design) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Connectt, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
